Tumblebees’ year long program is an ongoing session beginning August 29, 2016 and ending August 18, 2017. (Please note: Saturday recreational classes end on June 10th.) An annual registration fee of $35 per child is charged at the time of enrollment and renewed annually during registration. This fee is not refundable or transferable. When you enroll your child, the annual registration fee and current month’s tuition are due immediately. Also, when you enroll your child, you are enrolling them for the full year-long session.
You may enroll in our program at any time in any class, space permitting. To formally withdraw and cancel your child’s enrollment before the end of the program session, you must notify the FRONT OFFICE IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL BY THE 20TH OF THE MONTH to drop your child at the end of that month. Drops only occur at the end of the month. We do not offer any tuition refunds. Any unpaid balances will be due upon submission and/or receipt of your cancellation notice at the front desk.
Effective September 1, 2016, Tumblebees will be streamlining our payment processing system. All new and old accounts will be required to enter a debit or credit card for autodraft for monthly tuition. Current families will need to login to the parent portal or call the front desk to enter a valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card no later than August 10, 2016. Any students that are enrolling for the upcoming session will need to provide the debit/credit card that you are wanting to use, at the time of enrollment for the 2016-2017 year. Tuition is posted on the 1st of every month and payments will process from the debit or credit card you have on file on the 1st, as well. If the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment will process on the following Monday. Any draft payment that is declined is subject to a $25 service fee from Tumblebees. If the declined draft results in your tuition not being paid by the 7th of the month, your account will be subject to a late fee. Two declined drafts on your account will result in loss of enrollment.
Tumblebees accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards. At this time, we are unable to process American Express payments or Bank Draft payments.
Registration fees, tuition, birthday party deposits, dance recital fees, dance costume fees and summer fees are non-refundable. If the Owners or Office Managers feel there are unique circumstances, they will discuss with you the best way to resolve the situation.
Making Up Classes
In the event that your child misses a regularly scheduled class, he or she may make up missed time at Tumble Time/BeeCess on Fridays. Missed class time must be made up within thirty (30) days of the missed class. Make-up sessions are free of charge. For more details about BeeCess and Tumble Time, please click HERE.
In the event of inclement weather, please call the gym or check online on this website, the Tumblebees’ Facebook page and Tumblebees’ Twitter feed @TumblebeesGSO to find out class and gym status. All classes missed due to weather will be made up through Tumble Time and/or BeeCess. Tuition is non-refundable.
