TUITION & FEES
An annual registration fee of $35 per child is due at the time of enrollment and renewed annually during fall registration. This fee is not refundable or transferable. Upon paying a registration fee and current month's tuition, you are enrolled in Tumblebees' School Year Program. This program is ongoing beginning August 23, 2010 and ending June 4, 2011.

You may enroll at any time, space permitting, and withdraw at any time with a one month written Cancellation Notice that can be obtained at the front desk or by clicking on the link below.
• For your convenience, all tuition for the year 2010-2011 will be paid monthly.
Fees are the same each month regardless of holiday closures or "fifth" days.
• Monthly tuition: Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer Tumbling, Preschool and Tumbling & Trampoline
$60 (one child - 1 class/week) if paid by Automatic Draft*

* Automatic drafts are made on the 1st of each month.

** Monthly payments may be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash or Check. These payments are due by your child's first class each month to avoid a $10 late fee.
• You may set up an automatic draft payment plan by using a credit card, debit card or checking account by filling out the AUTOMATIC DRAFT INFORMATION FORM and mailing it to:

Or, you may return the form in person to the front desk at Tumblebees.

If you were on automatic draft this past year, that information is destroyed for your security and therefore, this information must, once again, be provided to the front desk.

Please keep the front desk informed concerning any change in automatic draft information, including but not limited to a new card expiration, and lost/stolen card.
• Any draft that is declined or check that is returned is subject to a $25 service charge from Tumblebees. Two declined drafts or returned checks will result in loss of membership.

REFUNDS
Registration fees, tuition, birthday party deposit, dance recital fee and summer fees are non-refundable. If the Owners or Office Manager feels there are unique circumstances, we will discuss with you the best way to resolve the situation.

ONE MONTH CANCELLATION NOTICE
We understand that there may be a time that you must withdraw your child from Tumblebees. To formally withdraw, you must fill out our MEMBER CANCELLATION FORM and submit it only at the front desk. Please know that any unpaid balances, plus a one-month's cancellation fee, is due upon submittal of this form at the front desk. By informing us that your child will be discontinuing their class, it enables a child from our waiting list to get into our program.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
Tumblebees offers an open gym one time per month for those students that need to make up a class. It is normally done the last Friday of every month from 3:30-5:30 pm. Preschool hour is from 3:30-4:30 and schoolagers are welcome from 4:30-5:30. Your child(ren) may make up his/her classes provided that your tuition is current. No exceptions to this policy will be made. In the event of inclement weather, please call the gym to find out class status. All classes missed due to weather will be made up in Open Gym. Tuition is non-refundable.

CLASS GUIDELINES
Children participating in Tumblebees Ultimate Gym (TUG) classes must follow the following guidelines:

• Comfortable season-appropriate clothing
• Bare feet in the gym
• No chewing gum
• Long hair MUST be tied back
• No jewelry can be worn for safety reasons


TUG has an observation deck upstairs. We encourage parents to watch their children from there.

However, with our preschool children, sometimes it is more difficult for them to separate. We have no problem with you remaining with your preschooler until they are comfortable with you not being with them.
